Filing a Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide ALL of the following information. Incomplete notices will not be processed and may delay removal.

Required Elements

  1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list
  3. Identification of the infringing material with sufficient detail (URL, screenshot description, location on site) to allow us to locate it
  4. Contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its original location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed mistakenly
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or India if outside the US)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

goldenmatkalive.com maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who are determined to be repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated and access to our services permanently revoked.

A "repeat infringer" is defined as any user who has received three or more valid DMCA takedown notices resulting in content removal within a 12-month period.

Processing Timeline

We strive to process all valid DMCA notices promptly. Here is what to expect:

Receipt & Validation

Our agent reviews the notice for completeness and legal sufficiency.

1–3 business days

Content Removal

If valid, infringing content is disabled or removed immediately.

Within 24 hours of validation

Notification to Affected User

The user whose content was removed receives notice with instructions for counter-notification.

Simultaneous with removal

Counter-Notice Review

If filed, counter-notice is validated and forwarded to complainant.

3–5 business days

Potential Restoration

If no court action filed within 10 business days, content may be restored.

10–14 business days after counter-notice
